WALKABOUT TREMONT RETURNS WITH AN EXPANDED MENU OF ART, ENTERTAINMENT, FOOD & DRINK
Monthly Event is Friday from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Walkabout Tremont, launched last month to great acclaim, returns Friday, June 10, with extended hours at art galleries and retail shops, and a variety of food & drink specials at Tremont’s array of restaurants and bars. Compared to last month, this Friday’s event will feature nearly double the amount of pop-up tents with artists from within and outside Tremont. More churches will be open for viewing and a variety of street entertainers—from hula dancers and fire jugglers to bongo players and a string band—will be throughout Tremont. Visitors also can enjoy locally produced art in many shops, restaurants and shops, view a local history display, and take smartphone-based audio tours of Lincoln Park and area churches. See below for more details or check www.WalkaboutTremont.com
